Liviu Floroaie is a successful professional and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in banking, renewable energy, real estate and investments. He has held management and executive roles at global companies and startups, including SunEdison, AES Solar, SilverRidge Power, TerraForm, Securrency, Platinia Capital and Franca Group. Throughout his career, he has contributed to the development, financing and construction of more than 1 GW of photovoltaic projects worldwide; the monitoring and management of a $6 billion portfolio of solar and wind power plants; and the listing of two renewable energy companies on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE). He has also completed mergers and acquisitions (M&A) transactions worth more than $1 billion.
